Terms and Conditions

1. Appointments

All services are by appointment only. Bookings are confirmed once the required deposit has been paid. Services may be provided at our location or via home service.

2. Deposit Policy

A 70% deposit of the total service cost is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost on the day of your appointment.

3. Late Arrival Policy

Clients are expected to arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $50 late fee will apply. If the delay prevents the service from being completed, the appointment may be shortened or cancelled.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients are encouraged to provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Failure to provide notice may result in the loss of the deposit.

5. Non-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend their appointment without notice, the deposit will be held and will not be refunded. Future bookings may require full payment upfront.

6. No Refund Policy

All services provided by Heavenly Hands Beauty Bar are non-refundable. This policy does not exclude rights under Australian Consumer Law. If there is an issue with a service, clients should contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve the matter appropriately.

7. Service Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with a service, please notify us within 48 hours. We may offer a correction or adjustment where appropriate.

8. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may change depending on hair length, complexity, or additional services required.

9. Health & Safety

Clients must inform us of any allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities before services begin.

10. Mobile Service Conditions

For home appointments, clients must ensure there is adequate lighting, a clean workspace, and a safe environment for the stylist.

11. Liability

Heavenly Hands Beauty Bar is not responsible for prenexisting hair damage or reactions where relevant information was not disclosed.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment with Heavenly Hands Beauty Bar, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
